Skin maceration with the must at 10°C for 24 hours. Must extraction and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C-22°C for 15 days.

MATURATION

In stainless steel barrels and aging in the bottle.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Pale straw yellow with notable brilliance, complex bouquet with notes of acacia flowers and apple.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

10°-12° C.
