MATURATION | Aging for one year in 10 hl oak barrels for at least 18 months and bottle aging for 6 months. |
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS | Intense ruby red color that evolves to garnet with aging. It has a great structure. The nose reveals aromas of ripe black cherry and cherry, along with spicy notes of licorice and vanilla, giving it an intense, smooth, and persistent taste. |
