Manual harvest with cluster selection in the third decade of September.

VINIFICATION AND ALCOHOLIC FERMENTATION

Skin maceration with the must at 10°C for 24 hours. Must extraction and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C-22°C for 15 days.

MATURATION

In stainless steel barrels and aging in the bottle.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Golden yellow color, with a complex bouquet of white flowers and ripe yellow fruit, and excellent minerality. A good balance between acidity and minerality, supported by excellent structure, makes this wine a true expression of this indigenous grape variety cultivated in the Campli area, located at the foothills of the Monti Gemelli with a view towards the Adriatic Sea.
